The only way to guarantee access to Arcadia on the desired date is by booking IN ADVANCE (at least 24 hours).
STEP 1: WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Our day passes give you access from Monday to Friday from 8.00 till 20.00. For non-working days or extended access… Please ask!
We have passes for 1, 2 or 5 days. You can create your own cocktail with them. The 2-Day and 5-Day Pass can be used in non-consecutive days. Passes are not allowed to be used by more than one person but can buy passes for you and your partner(s).
E.g. 4-Day Pass = 2-Day Pass + 2-Day Pass.
So first, select which one(s) suits you best.
STEP 2: BUY YOUR PASS(ES)
Select your passes and pay through Stripe links included (debit/credit card). Please read before the Terms and Conditions below.
Links can be used more than once. VAT tax is 21% in all cases.

STEP 3: DIGITAL KEY & BASIC INFO
Once your payment is verified, you will receive an email including:
1. A link to activate AKILES. The digital key you’ll use to access Arcadia.
2. BASIC INFO about the space and how everything works. Including the password for the Wi-Fi!
- Opening hours: Monday-Friday (working days), from 8.00 to 20.00.
- Access beyond opening hours is possible, but you must let us know in advance. Due to security reasons it is obligatory to send us an image of an official ID (DNI/NIE/passport).
- The only way to guarantee access to Arcadia on the desired date is by booking in advance (at least 24 hours).
- Akiles is our app to open the door. You must install it in your phone in order to have access to our space. Arcadia Coworking will send you the activation link by email.
- If you improvise your visit, please, proceed with payment before you actually seat. You’ll find the QR code behind the entrance door.
- Payment for day passes is non-refundable.
- Day Passes have no expiry date. If you can’t come on the scheduled day, let us know. As soon as you have a new date, let us know. We’ll activate again your Akiles access.
- Remember: the 2-Day and 5-Day Pass can be used in non-consecutive days.
